1. Payments

Yes, you can! After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation via email. Each order starts production 24 hours after your order is placed. Within .72 hours of you placing your order, you will receive an expected delivery date. When the order ships, you will receive another email with the tracking number and a link to trace the order online with the carrier.

2. Shipping & Returns

Customer satisfaction is #1 at Living Memories and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, we do realize that there are cases whereby the product was not exactly as you were expecting. Our return policy is very straightforward and our goal is to do all we can to make sure that your needs as a customer are fully met. We encourage our customers to read the return policy before purchasing. If you should have further questions regarding returns please contact our customer service team.

3. Return Policy

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. Your item can be returned for full receipt of the purchase price minus the shipping costs. Returned funds will be credited back to the method of purchase (i.e. credit card, etc.) Customers may also choose a store credit in lieu of receipt to the original payment method. Items may be exchanged for a different item of equal, lesser or greater value. If it is an even exchange, the item will be sent out at no charge plus the cost of shipping. An item of lesser or greater value, the customer will be credited or charged the difference plus the shipping cost. The exchange will be sent out once Living Memories has received and inspected your return. Items that are received damaged are eligible for free replacement at no cost to the customer. We will send a return authorization and return label and send out an exact replacement at no cost to the customer. All items must be in brand new condition. All hardware, tools, chains and accompaniments must be included with the return in order to receive a complete refund.

4. Items that CANNOT be Returned

Engraved items CANNOT be returned. This applies to items that are photo engraved as well as items that have engraved text. The only exception to this rule is if our engravers did not engrave the text as you requested and in those instances we will send a replacement within 24-48 hours at no cost to the customer. Keepsakes or urns that have been filled with a remembrance or ashes CANNOT be returned. All products must be returned unused and in new condition. If you would like to initiate a return please contact us and we are happy to assist. All returns are tracked so as to provide customers with up to date information regarding their return and processing your refund or your exchange as quickly as possible. Therefore, we ask that you contact our customer service team first before sending back your return. This also enables us to ask questions about what you weren’t happy with and how we can serve you better in the future.
